Which McFly song reminds you of your past?

I just realized that 'The Heart Never Lies' reminds me of my grade school graduating class.

'Another year older and we're still together...'

Damn, those we're the good carefree days.

What McFly songs remind you of your past?

Memory Lane makes me think of my class. Like, I think of all the stuff we've done over the years and how 'so much has changed.'  lol.

That Girl reminds me of when me and my friend were doing the impossible quiz. And we needed to remember the colours, 'Blue, Red, Blue, Yellow' in that order. So I started singing 'Blue Red Blue Yellow' in the theme of That Girl. We've grown apart since then, ( me and my friend ) so it reminds me of good times. =] Haha.

When Memory Lane got put on the Wonderland album, It had been just over 2 years since I had moved from London to Manchester.

It mentions it being two years in the song and stuff and I really missed my old school friends and other friends, one of my old school mates couldn't even remember who I was in MSN for a while haha. Well we didn't talk much but yeah.

So many of the lyrics went well with the situation its nuts.

     Two years away,
    I got back today,
Tried calling up this girl I used to know,
    But when I said hello,
She didn't know who the hell I was supposed to be.

    Memory Lane,
    We're here again,
    Back to the days,
    And I'll remember you always,
    So much has changed,
Now it feels like yesterday I went away

Those parts sort of go, see. Haha.

Star Girl reminds me of my first McFly signing and it was the start of when I properly started trekking across town and country for them boys.

I hardly see anybody from those days any more. But still, good times.

Re: Which McFly song reminds you of your past?

Well, Obviously reminds of the year 2004 when I saw them very first time on TV! That sounds pretty ordinary for UK people, but they weren't played in my country at all!! I think that was a sign from above, lol!

And the line "I want her to know before she's married and has her baby that i need her" is really symbolic for me too... because if I'd changed the words from 'she' to 'he', I'd get exactly the same situation that happened few weeks ago. In school I really like one guy but never said that to him and recently I met him with his wife and baby... That was both nice and sad for me because I was so obsessed about him many years ago... And I suppose his wife was that girl, whom he dated that time. Actually I really happy for them, but this line just stuck in my head for a few days...

(p.s. Sorry for my english, I know, it's not really goodEmbarrassed)
