i've been listening to fightstar on repeat all morning, which is a little sad, since it's only nine thirty anyway, ohh dear.
i think for once, my dad may have been happy to go into work early (;
but yes, fightstar are just amazing, and i can't wait for them to headline tour again, because i don't want to have to put up with coheed & cambria to see them, booo!
& charlie is of course, one of the most gorgey boys i've laid my eyes on, and such a lovely gent too.
i remember wayyy back in the early days of fightstar, before the first single release even, they did a signing in a music zone, and it was the most fun ever, there was just such a chilled atmosphere to the whole thing. seeing them in concert a few months later i was worried it'd be all hectic and 'we're a big group now, we have no time for you'-ish, but it was just the same, and last tour too. i'm rambling, but what i mean to say is that it's really refreshing to meet a band as talented as the fightstar lads are, and who still manage to be regular, friendly boys (:
hazy eyes is my favourite by them, especially the acoustic version,which is just immense <33

charlie simpson introduced me to the person i am today. gah he's amazing. and adorable too. seeing them live last tour was one of the best experiences ever, and i'm not even sure how. but the freedom i had during deathcar... holy gawkamoly.
